STRUCTURE OF HKMUNC COMMITTEE
The structure of the executive committee is illustrated by the following flowcharts
Person-in-charge system will be adopted for various events included in the year plan.
Sub-committees will be formed for large functions, e.g. HKMUN 2007 and seminars.
MEETINGS
- Regular meetings
- Formal Meetings
- Called bi-monthly.
- Chaired by the President of HKMUN.
- All committees must attend (except for special reasons with evidence provided).
- Members are also welcomed.
- Central Meetings
- Called bi-weekly.
- Chaired by the Secretary General.
- Only Central committees (President, Secretary General, Vice Presidents and Department Heads) can attend.
- Informal meetings
- Called by department heads for specific tasks.
